Sadly, all you can do is request a callback.  The earlier in the day you request it, the better the chance is that you will get a callback. 

 

If it's not something that anyone will need access to your account, you can post your question in the forum, here and see if anyone might be able to help.

I'll be glad to walk you through the steps on how to get a callback from our Support Team. But before we proceed with the steps, may I know what specific help you need? I'd appreciate any additional details that you can provide so I can help you out.

 

To get a callback, please refer to these steps:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Type a question in the How can we help? field, then tick Continue.
  4. Click Get a callback and enter your contact information.
  5. Hit Confirm my call.

 

Please know that our support hours for callback and chat are from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday and 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday. The option to get a callback is unavailable if you'll contact us beyond our support hours.

 

In the meantime, I recommend checking these pages for reference. It contains video tutorials, links, and other resources that can help you navigate your QuickBooks account.
