I'll walk you through on how you can contact our Technical Support team.
Before we proceed, I want to ask you for additional details on the issue you have. I'm more than willing to assist you with it.
Be advised, we've made changes as to how our users can contact Technical Support. For security reasons, their phone numbers are no longer posted anywhere on our support websites. At this time, what you can do is log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company and from there, you can submit a callback request.
I'll leave this article for you as a reference as well: Support hours and types. It's a list of all Intuit product's support teams, as well as their hours of operation. It's handy to have since you can ensure whenever you call, our support teams are available to assist you.
Please know that we're always here to help. Post a comment below, and I'll get back to you.

My desktop crashed and my company data has been erased. I cannot access quickbooks.
I have acquired a new laptop and would like to recover my data.
I cannot perform the steps outlined.
Login to your CAMPS and find your license/product code in there to reinstall it on your new machine.
Hi there, LH25.
Since QuickBooks is a browser-based platform, your saved data shouldn't be affected from a desktop computer crashing. If this is what you meant, you can simply sign back in to your books to access the company data.
If you're unable to sign in, you can recover your user ID and/or password from the log in page.
In the event you're still not able to sign in and need to get in touch with our Customer Care team, use your I forgot my user ID or Password option on the log in page:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have an awesome day!
