If the Get a callback button is not clickable, there might be an issue with your browser. To sort this out, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. 

To start, open your account in a private window. This mode doesn't save your search and log-in histories. This will also help us in isolating the issue. Just press the following keyboard shortcut keys to access:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Then, request a callback again. If you're able to reach out to them, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative option. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser you're using.
