I'd be glad to share how long you can access your data if you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @Paula.
If you decide to forego your QBO subscription, you'll have one-year read-only access to your data after the cancellation date. However, your data will only be available for 90 days using the trial version.

To cancel an account:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.

- Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
- Answer the short survey, then click Confirm Cancel.
