If I enter a date for an expense or receivable, it shows up as a different day, why?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) initially uses your computer's date when creating transactions, Tbarranti.

 

Also, it recognizes modified or selected dates you manually enter in transactions like expenses or receivables.

 

If QuickBooks is using your computer's date, I suggest checking your device's Settings and selecting Time and Language to make any necessary adjustments. This can impact how dates are stored or displayed in QuickBooks.

On the other hand, if the issue persists,  
clear your browser's cache, as this will remove any stored webpage data that may be causing the issue.

 

If clearing your cache doesn't resolve the problem, you can try using another supported browser installed on your system as an alternative.
