if I wanted to know how many tomatoes we have sold over the last 8 months. (Oct 2024 to May 2025).How do i do that?

You can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report, Janet. Then, customize the dates to see a breakdown of how many tomatoes sold for the last eight months. I'd be glad to guide you through the process.

2. Type Sales by Product/Service Detail in the Search bar.
3. Pick Custom dates in the Report period section.  
4. On the From and To fields, set to October 2024-May 2025.  
5. Click the Filter button, then choose Product/Services, equals, and your product(Tomato).
6. Refresh your QBO tab to update.
