When you say it’s not in the portal, are you checking your regular QuickBooks dashboard, or have you logged into the Merchant Service Center?
The 1099-K is kept in a separate area specifically for payment processing, which is why it doesn't show up in your standard account. To find it, here’s how:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
- From the Activity & Reports menu, select Download Form 1099-K.
- Click Download.
If you don't see a form there, it is possible that you didn’t meet the IRS threshold for 2025 (which is $20,000 in gross payments and 200 or more transactions), unless you live in a state with a lower limit, such as $600.
However, if you have met these requirements but still can’t find the 1099-K in your portal, we recommend reaching out to our
