If my SquareSpace orders aren't flowing through to my QBO does anyone know how I can fix this? They were but just recently stopped. All I now see are my Stripe fees.

Hi, @Henry47. You’ll need to contact our live support team directly to check why your app transactions aren't syncing.

 

Our live representatives have the tools to assess your situation securely and guide you through the next steps. You can reach them through the Help icon in the upper right corner. From there, go to the Search tab and select Contact Us to get started. Be sure to review their support hours, so you know when they’re available to help.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
