Hi I can't find reset app anywhere and the screenshot does not look like my QB. I am using Quickbooks self employed.
So even though I have gone through all of my transactions on my Quickbooks self employed on the website it has not updated my app on my phone? What is the point of all of this. I am not going to do it all twice. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it made not difference.
I appreciate the update that you gave, @dianeholdsworthp.
I'm here to ensure that you'll have the transactions that were entered from the browser to show up on your QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
To help verify why entries are not syncing on your QuickBooks Self-Employed app, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can run a remote-viewing session that can determine the root cause of this matter, since uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't work.
Lastly, in case you need help with adding older bank transactions in the system or entering income and expenses manually, I've got these articles that you can visit:
You can always get back to me here if you have any other questions. I'll be around to lend a helping hand. Have lovely day!
