I am trying to create an invoice IIF file to import.
I have successfully created the file but I would like the invoice to be marked "For Email" so that I can send batch emails with invoices attached to customers.
Can you please tell me what field name to use on !TRN line to define this.
I have tried "TOEMAIL" but it does not work.
I am no QB or IIF fundi but it seems that the IIF sample files from the KIT is quite outdated.

I'd like to explain how this works, Andries Nel.
You're unable to add any fields for emailing it. You'll want to mark the invoice manually when it's already imported in QuickBooks. Just open the transaction, then tick the Email later box.
