Glad to have you here in the Community, @karawestkraemer-.

Let's get this sorted out so you can upload your Chase bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we start, may I know what specific error code you received? Any additional information would help us provide the best troubleshooting steps based on the error.

In the meantime, let's manually update your bank account to download the latest transactions into your QBO account. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Banking from the left menu.
  3. Choose the Chase bank account.
  4. Select Update.

If your bank transactions aren't downloading, you'll want to check with your bank to know if there's an issue on their end.

If the issue persists, you can check out this article for more troubleshooting steps: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You might also want to learn more about how to categorize and match bank transactions in QBO. Here's an article you can read for more guidance: Categorize and match online bank transactions.

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance managing your bank transactions.

@karawestkraemer-

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. If the same error persists, your bank is the problem.
