I have two different companies on QB's, each it its own separate file. Company A supports Company B by doing work for Company B only. Company A creates as sales order and Company B is the client. On Company B's books we create a Purchase Order that matches the sales order on Company A's books. Once the job is complete Company A creates an invoice from the sales order to Company B. On Company B's books the purchase order is matched with the invoice from Company A and a Bill is recorded.
My question : Is there a way with QB's where the Sales order on Company A's books can be imported as a Purchase order on Company B's books and then when the Sales order is converted to an invoice on Company A's books can that be imported to Company B as a bill.
If the sales order and PO part can't be done and only the invoice and bill part can that would work also. Is there a way QB's can do this? Is there a third party app that can? Any help would be appreciated
