Our software has an interface with QuickBooks which allows our customers to transfer their sales and payment data into their QuickBooks company. Recently we had a customer transition from desktop to online version. Now they are unable to transfer sales data into their sub accounts. We are using the parent:child format, which always worked fine in the desktop version. In the online version, we get a message that the account doesn’t exist. The accounts are definitely set up in QB Online as sub accounts. Any ideas?
