Yes, we can export bank transactions that are showing reconciled and not. Let me share a few details on what to do to get it done in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here are the steps on how to do it:

 

  1. Go to Accounting on the left panel.
  2. Select the bank account where the bank transactions are.
  3. Hit the Funnel icon and set how you want to display the data:
  4. Make sure to set the appropriate dates.
  5. Select the appropriate transaction type.
  6. In the Reconcile Status, select All.
  7. Then, Apply.
  8. Once done, export the transactions to Excel by clicking the Export icon.
