Include Mapped fields\tags in custom form emails

Is it possible to include mapped fields\tags when composing email templates within custom form styles?


I know that when creating the email you can select a greeting (e.g. [DisplayName] or [First][Last]) from a pre-populated drop-down, or you can include the invoice number in the subject by placing [Invoice No.] in the subject field. Is it possible to include any other mapped fields\tags? For example, is it possible to include the invoice date in the body or subject of the email, or include text from a custom field in the invoice in the body or subject of an email?

Hi there, Kyle_KauffmanCPA.


Currently, QuickBooks doesn't let you include mapped or custom fields to the email templates.


When customers receive the email, all invoice details will appear when they click the attachments.


I'll provide screenshot for additional information.
