Buy nowHello everyone. I am newer to quickbooks and I have realized when I go to review my tags the list view is listing everything as 2020 even though the dates when I click on individual entries are from late 2020 up until now. No idea why. How can I fix this and why would it be doing this?
It's nice to see you here in the Community, nrskiki.
When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:
Once signed in, go back to your tag lists view and check the date from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

Feel free to drop me a reply below if there's anything else I can help you with. I'd be more than willing to lend you a hand.
The dates are correct using FireFox instead of Chrome. I couldn't get it to work in Chrome though. I do have a Mac though so the commands are not going to be the same.
Hi nrskiki!
Thanks for the reply. Allow me to further assist you in fixing the date issue.
It's good to know that it works on Firefox. I agree with Rose-A that this behavior is only caused by an issue with the browser. You can simply press Command + Shift + N to open an incognito window with Chrome in Mac. When clearing cache, simply click the three vertical dots icon at the right-top corner, hover over More tools, and then Clear browsing data.
In addition, you'll want to upgrade your browsers. Old versions can also result in issues in QuickBooks Online.

I'm only a comment away if you need me. I'll be glad to help.
