Intuit canceled my access

I received an email from Intuit stating:


Cancellation information
Customer account: *1277
Canceled items: — Intuit QuickBooks Plus Annual Subscription Pro Download 1
— Intuit QuickBooks Annual Support
— Intuit QuickBooks Data Recovery Service
— Intuit Data Protect Monthly Entire PC


I have QB Pro Plus Desktop.

@Fiat Lux - ASIA is correct! Let me route you to the right support so we can verify the status of your account on a secured environment. Also, you can log in to Customer Account Management Portal Site or CAMPS to review your account information.


To access CAMPS, here’s how:

  1. Go to the CAMPS website.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit credentials.
  3. Click the tile for QuickBooks Desktop.

Since the Community space is a public forum, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. An agent can look into your account in a secure environment and provide the information you need.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click on the Contact us link.
  4. Choose Search for something else.
  5. Type in a keyword about your concern.
  6. Hit Submit.
  7. Click on the Start a Message button.
