I spent 2 hours in a help chat queue. Then I called sales and guess what? Someone was there live. They put me on hold for another 45 minutes waiting and finally I got a live person. She spent an hour working with myself and our accountant and he was unable to log in. I tried inviting myself as an accountant on my personal email address also. Same result. Could not log in. When an account is finally created it never links to the company so there is no company data linked to the invited account.
So we have purchased QuickBooks Online about 2 weeks ago and so far cannot add any users to do any work for us. It is extremely frustrating to be expected to pay $79 a month and have to wait hours for support and then not be able to even perform simple tasks like adding a accountant or user.

Let me offer help and share how you can invite an accountant and a user in QuickBooks Online.
To start with, let's consider establishing a fresh invitation link so the user who needs access to your account can accept it accordingly. To accomplish this, will have to delete the existing invitation links first before sending the new ones. Let me show you how.

That is how it is supposed to work but it doesn't. Your instructions are exactly how we tried to add a an accountant for 2 days. The invite went and after getting codes and verifying from my side his account was created and it never got access to our quickbooks online it said no company associated with this account . I even tried using my personal email to see with your support team and it didn't work.
I tried deleting it and trying again. When I eventually got a support person we tried all of these steps.
I spent 2 hours waiting for help and finally got a support person on the phone and they gave up. So its not me its Intuits garbage system not working. So maybe someone from Intuit should check into this and give us a call to fix it? Hopefully they have fixed this issue today. If not expect a ton of other people with the same problem.. I am extremely upset with the poor level of support from Intuit.

Do you not read what I posted? I followed all your steps and also contacted support. It took hours to reach a person and they could not fix it.
I have another thread open where your support team admitted you can't add users and they are working on it? So maybe they should refund all effected users? Their advise was to let them know I am an effected user? Hello what are all these posts for? Don't they keep record of any of their own support calls?
Sorry but the Intuit support team is not working properly. Claiming your busy and leaving customers waiting in online chats for hours? Offering 0 phone support and having their interface make is so difficult to get help?
Intuit owes its customer a lot better than this or it should shut down the quickbooks online until they have it working.
