Intuit merchant services monthly fees

I am looking for guidance on how to contact Intuit Merchant Services to answer questions about our monthly credit card statement and to perform a credit card rate review. There are line items on our monthly statement I don't understand, especially FANF charges.  I called several phone numbers for Intuit and have not found the right person.

As much as I want to provide some information about your monthly credit card statement, I'm unable to open your account here for security purposes. In this case, let me route you to our representatives. They have advance tools to further check your account. 


For QuickBooks Payments and Desktop Point of Sale you can reach us by filling in the necessary information to this link: Chat with us. Otherwise, you can use the  Merchant Service Center


If you're using QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center, contact us through QuickBooks Online.


Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Select Start a chat with a support expert.

We are being charged for Merchant Services fees and we do not use this service. I can not reach anyone who can assist getting this error corrected. Contacting Intuit is not an easy task. A simple phone number would be great.

I would also like to have an easy way of contacting support whenever I need help with something urgent. I'd like to make it up to you by helping you with the Merchant Services fees issue, and before we take this to our agents. 


Your Merchant Services account is still likely active, which is why you were still charged for the fees. You'll want to log in to your and cancel the service from there. Here are the detailed steps: 


  1. Go to the Account tab, then select Account Profile.
  2. Click Close Account.
  3. Open the Reason for closing drop-down menu, then select a reason. 
  4. Click Submit.


You'll get an email confirmation within one business day that confirms the closure of your QuickBooks Payments or Merchant Services account.
