To add a bit more to the steps you've already completed, select the Help button, then:
1. Click Contact Us.
2. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
3. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

We have updated our support options since we value data privacy in this forum. I'd recommend using the Get a callback feature from the Help menu again as provided by MorganB above. They can securely access your account and resolve your issues timely. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time.
