Inventory items not appearing on Product/Service list

I have created inventory items, with an initial quantity of zero, start date of July 1, 2023. These items appear on my Products and Services list. But when I try to enter either a PO or customer invoice and select these products, they do not appear, and QB online opens the add inventory sidebar.

I have tried logging in to QB Online in an incognito window, but the problem persists.

I'm not a new user to QB, and have added inventory items many times in the past. This is a new problem.
