Inventory

My business is using Quickbooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory.  I've been using Purchase Default and Sales Default found in the Bins tab of Inventory Center but our volume has increased and products move in the warehouse too often so I need to remove all Sales Defaults.  I have thousands of items, is there a way to de-select them all at once?

Thank you.

Hi there, rspierce,

You'll want to open the Add/Edit Multiple List Entries window so you select the specific item you want to remove.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Lists, then choose Add/Edit Multiple List Entries.
  2. Select Inventory Parts from the List drop-down.
    removeinventoryparts.PNG
  3. Highlight the item, then manually remove it.
  4. Click Save Changes one you're done.

You can also use this link for reference about inventory sites: Multiple Inventory Sites.

Feel free to get back to me if you have additional queries about this feature. Have a great day!
