Invoice Create With Inactive Status

Dear Friend,

Answering to your question and I hope to be useful.

1- In the case your company do not need to track stocks, you have to turn your settings off tracking stocks, so you will never have to worry about tracking stocks,

Gear Icon>Account and Settings> Products and services> select off the 2nd and 3rd option.

2-If you do not want to turn your settings off tracking stock ( for instance in the case you have non stock products and stock products ) you can manage the products when you are doing the invoice on the item products / services.  In this case you will choose NON -STOCK OR SERVICES avoiding stocks records.
