invoice due date

We use the desktop premier edition 2019.   For our customer invoices, the due date is not printing.  It used to print until this week.   It is setup for each customer, and you see it in the invoice view, but when we print or print preview, the due date box is empty.   Where can we select to have the due date print?

invoice due date

Good day, @hschwartz.

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting tool. I'm confident that I can help you print the due date on your customer's invoice.

We can customize the invoice template to add the due date information when printing the transaction, here's how:

  1. On the Invoice screen, click the Formatting tab.
  2. Choose Customize Data Layout.
  3. Under Header, look for Due Data.
  4. Tick or put a check mark on the Print box.
  5. Click OK to save changes.

That should get you on the right track, hschwartz. I'll add an article about customizing form template for your reference.

I'm still here to help you more if you have other questions about invoices. Just add a comment or mention my name. Have a good one.
