Invoice item name pick list field is too narrow

We recently spent over $1000. on our hosted license and it just blows my mind how after so many years of this program being in production, there are so many short-comings.

We have an item list of thousands of technical parts with names of 20 characters or more.

When we try to create an invoice, the item name field is truncated.

We can't see the entire field and thus, we cannot pick the correct item and thus we cannot create an invoice and thus we are going to cancel our license and charge-back the $1000 + on our credit-card and find another accounting software.

THIS IS CRAZY !

Welcome and thanks for reaching out to the Community, @Hedstrom21.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can change the width of the Item Name column by dragging the three dots icon manually. This also applies to other columns within the program.
