Invoice Template changes

I am new to Quickbooks and have the trial period at the moment.  I'm trying to customise my invoice template and wondering how you can move the sections on it down further on the page (i.e. where the bank account information goes and totals of invoice).  Can this section be moved down further on the page (A4).  I find that it is way too cramped when you may only have 1 line on the invoice.

Invoice Template changes

Hello there, ExclWat.

I'm glad to hear that you're now using QuickBooks to help you manage your data. I'd like to give an idea about changing the invoice template in QuickBooks Online.

We can customize the invoice template and interchange the columns such as the Description, Activity, Rate, Amount, and other available columns in the template. However, we're unable to move the other fields to another area of the template.

To move columns, hold the square dots and drag it down or up. Here's the sample screenshot:

If you want, we can enter the bank details in the Message to customer on the field. Once we do it, it'll show at the bottom part of the template the same as where the total amount can be seen.

We can only have the A4 size when printing invoices in QBO. Let's make sure to select the template you'll want to apply to this invoice. Open the invoice> click Customize at the bottom part of the page> hit Print or Preview.

For additional details about managing sales form, you can check these articles:

Let me know if you have other questions about QuickBooks. I'm always free to help you out. Take care and have a good one!
