I’m trying to create invoice templates that have different messages in them and different invoice and reminder email bodies. The issue I have is when. I change one and go to edit another saved template (or style) it changes the content for them all. Literally useless for differing templates to not be independent templates.
The message body for invoice templates is set as default. Assigning different email content to each invoice template is currently unavailable. You'll want to send feedback to our engineers so they can consider this product feature.
In QuickBooks, click the Gear icon and then select Feedback. Enter a brief description about invoice templates having separate email bodies. Then, click Next.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually edit the email body in the Send email page before sending the invoice transaction.
