Invoice templates

QB has started opening the wrong invoice template each time I hit save and new.  The sticky mode is opening a different template than the last one used.  Eventhough I select the correct invoice template before I complete the invoice.  Once I click "Save and New" it goes back to the wrong template for the next invoice

Let me help figure out other ways so you can save the template in QuickBooks.

 

You're right, QuickBooks should operate in a sticky mode. But since you keep opening the wrong template, I'd suggest running the Verify Build Tool to isolate this further.

However, if the issue persists, it'd be best to contact our Desktop Care Support. They can access your account in a secure environment and help dig deeper on what's causing this issue.
