Is it possible to have an entry for shop supplies in the amount of $5.00 automatically appear as a line item on the invoice each time you click on 'Create Invoice'. Apparently my salesmen do not want to remember to enter the shop supplies line item each time they create an invoice.
You can memorize the invoice and make it as a template. Then, each time your salesman creates an invoice, he can just pull it up from the Memorized Transactions List by pressing Ctrl + T. Or, he can go to Lists and click on Memorized Transactions List to find it.
Please go back to this thread if you have additional questions in mind.
Yes, that is one option. However, salesmen just want to click on create invoice and have a shop supplies entry already be there. This will be applied to every invoice and they do not want to have to remember to do anything else. They just want it to appear automatically.

Currently, the option for entry to automatically show as a line item on an invoice is unavailable. You'll have to manually choose an item and enter its amount. The suggestion given by my colleague is the best resolution we have.
