Hi there, @SMB1.
I'm glad you've reached out to us. Allow me to help and guide you on how to customize invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, there isn't an option to unbold the Product name and Service name when printing an Invoice. However, you can create a custom invoice template and import it to QBO.
You can check this article for the detailed steps: How to import custom invoices.
I also encourage you to send feedback directly to our product developers for consideration in the future update.
Here's how to send feedback:
- Click the Gear Icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Click Next, and choose Feedback under Category option.
- Select Save.
Now, to adjust the font size of your invoice, let me walk you through the process:
- Click the Gear Icon.
- Under Your Company options, go to Custom Form Style.
- On the New Style drop-down arrow, select Invoice.
- Select Design.
- Choose Select a different font.
- Right there, you can select font and size for your Invoice.
- Click Done to apply the changes.
For additional reference, you can check this article to learn more about how to customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.
If you need further assistance with the steps, you can contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team through this link: Get help with QuickBooks Online.
