iPhone app

I keep getting a “QueryProcessingError:Null”. What is this and how can I get it to quit? I’ve erased the app, reloaded, and signed out. It’s still popping up

This might have been triggered by a corrupted file components in your QuickBooks. To fix this, let’s try to clean your app data. Here’s how:

  1. Select menu at the top right. 
  2. Choose Help & Feedback. 
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh. 

If this won’t workout you can proceed on uninstalling, reinstalling the app.    

Though, if the same issue continues after trying the steps above, I’d recommend contacting the support team. They have extra tools that’ll help you further check and also fix the issue. 
Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Open QuickBooks through a regular browser. 
  2. Click Help at the top. 
  3. Select Contact us. 
  4. Provide a brief explanation about your concern. 
  5. Click let’s talk.
  6. Select Get a callback.
