Is anyone not getting call backs from QB? I have not gotten a call back for over a year now. Chat is a hit and miss.

If you'd like to speak with our QuickBooks Online support team, you may request a callback. This way, one of our specialists will contact you instead of you having to wait for someone to answer the phone. Simply keep your line open to avoid missing the call.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Help(?).
2. Select Talk to a human.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Click I still need a human, then Get help from a human.
5. Choose Have us call you.

Our support is available from Monday until Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

And it's not that no one knows how to get ahold of QB/ Intuit.  It's that none of us can get a callback.

This is like a broken record.  Same instructions over and over that does not work!  Once again, I know how to request help by using what QB forces us to use, but QB support DOES NOT CALL BACK.  Don;t know how many times or ways to say it.

I will look for a better accounting system.  This is ridiculous and a waste of time.
