@Giovann_G They actually asked and have had an answer on another thread.
And it's not that no one knows how to get ahold of QB/ Intuit. It's that none of us can get a callback.
This is like a broken record. Same instructions over and over that does not work! Once again, I know how to request help by using what QB forces us to use, but QB support DOES NOT CALL BACK. Don;t know how many times or ways to say it.
I will look for a better accounting system. This is ridiculous and a waste of time.
