I can help you out here in the Community. What issue did you encounter in QuickBooks Online? More details would definitely help so I can lay down the steps and resolve it.

What's the error message you've encountered while accessing the chat and call back functions? This might be a cache-related issue, so you'll want to reach us using an incognito browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari (new versions): Command Shift N

Next, connect with our agents using the incognito browser. After contacting them and resolving your issue, you'll want to go to your regular browser and clear the cache. Close it afterwards to complete the process.

Is there a contact number to reach a human for help? The chat and call back functions both seem to be down.

I need to talk to someone about the next step when 2 of our claims to change the administrator have been declined (former employee is the admin).   I was previously told that there was another claim we could file that would "take a longer time".  But I can't seem to find a link anywhere for that option.  At this point I think it is all we have left because our documentation was not accepted.  I will see if the chat is back up and working again.   Thank you.
