Is there a method to disconnect / terminate user session on QB?

We have a sandbox environment where in some cases user will open the company file under "single user" mode and lock everyone else out,  is there to simply terminate a user session within QB desktop as an admin?   I don't even know if this is possible without terminating connections to our application server or not so just looking to see if there are alternative methods to handling this.   Thank you in advance.

Let me redirect you to the right support team that can handle your sandbox concern, @DenisB87.

We have a separate community for application developers that can help you establish a connection in QuickBooks using the sandbox environment. From there, you can interact with experienced users, engineers, and other experts who are willing to share their insights and best practices about it.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to this link: Intuit Developers.
  2. Select the Sign in button, and then enter your credentials.
  3. You'll have to create a developer account first if you haven't created one. To do so, simply click the Create Account button on the Log in page.
  4. Go to API Docs & Tools menu at the top, and then choose QuickBooks Desktop from the drop-down.
  5. Select Sandbox to see more info about it.
  6. If you'd like to add more questions, click Help at the top, and then select QuickBooks Desktop.
  7. Choose the Ask a question button, enter your concern and then post it.

Also, I recommend visiting our Firm of the future site to keep up with the latest news and QuickBooks updates.

I'm always around to help if you have more questions about managing QuickBooks integration. Have a nice day!
