Is there a problem with the iPhone app%3F I%27ve downloaded and tried to open and nothing.

I started with QuickBooks Online on Jan 2, 2025.  Since then, I have downloaded the App and when I open, it immediately closes.  I've deleted the app from the device and reinstalled several times a day since 1/2/25, and the problem persists.  I've followed the steps to resolve on my own many times as well.  Is the problem on my end or yours?  If yours, what is the estimated time this will be fixed?  Thanks so much!

Upon checking here, we haven't received similar cases or reports of the mobile app shutting down automatically upon opening it. I appreciate your initiative in reinstalling the app as a troubleshooting step.

 

Before we proceed, I'd like to ask whether you've updated your iOS to the latest version. If you haven't, I recommend that you do so. QuickBooks Mobile functions optimally with the latest iOS release. It boosts performance, ensures compatibility with new features, and enhances the user interface, which creates a more efficient experience for you.

 

Once you confirm that your IOS is updated and the issue persists, I recommend contacting our live support team. Our experts can raise a ticket for a more in-depth investigation.

  1. Open your QuickBooks account using your web browser.
  2. Head to the Help icon, then the Search tab.
  3. Enter Contact US in the search box.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Pick the Chat or Callback option.
