I want to ensure we're on the same page so could you tell me what kind of documents the work tickets are? In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can only upload files for bank data, customers, vendors, chart of accounts, products and services, and invoices. Adding additional info about this is a great help so I can provide an accurate solution.
