If you're using QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Time integrated, you can automate the process by saving a custom Project report and setting a schedule for it to run and send it automatically. However, if you're using QuickBooks Time as a standalone, there is no built-in auto-run feature. You'll need to manually select and run your saved Project reports each time you need them.
