You can stop a pending transfer by contacting your financial institution immediately to request cancellation or dispute before the process completes. Transfers typically go through an automated clearing house (ACH) process, which can take up to three business days to finish.
Since the funds are not yet available in your QuickBooks Checking account, reaching out to your bank right away is the best way to keep the transfer from processing.
