Join nowI need to change individual items in a price level list. I have only been able to scroll thru each item listed and cannot seem to find an easier way to see the items. It actually pulls ALL my items, including those that have been inactivated. A very laborious process when there are many items.
Any suggestions to help this be easier?

Hello there, @JodyB1.
At this time, there's not a way to hide Inactive Items on the Price Level List in QuickBooks Desktop. I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team about bringing in a feature that will allow this to happen.
Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'm always here to help in any way that I can.

Ashley,
Thanks for verifying my issue. Yes, please pass this along as well as the following:
- Should be able to make changes in Price Level List in spreadsheet style - just like for customers AND/OR do it by item search in the Price Level List. Difficult to ONLY have the ability to SCROLL thru ALL items.
I am at a loss as to understanding how this aspect of QB has been left so inadequate for so long. It is put forth as a feature to use for different types of customers yet is so inadequate to manage.
Fiat Lux - ASIA,
Thanks for your reply. I will investigate these 3rd party fixes for QB. On a quick preview, they seem the solution. Thank you!
Hi there,
it looks like inactive items are still in the price level lists.
It would be great if those could go away.
Thank you,
Edward
I am also surprised that something so useful and which could be easily implemented is not already included. Our supplier are all hitting us with price increases this year. We are having to manually hunt and then adjust each item (among 3000 items) in five different price level lists. The price lists don't even allow us to search for an item...... you can only scroll.
