@lisa_costa  Not the description field, only the MEMO field will show up in the bank register.

Hello there, @jlucasvt.

Allow me to share some information on how QuickBooks Online handles your transactions during the importing process.

With QuickBooks Online,  you have 3 ways to connect your PayPal account with QuickBooks. The PayPal information imported in QuickBooks depends on the type of connection you have.

For bank feeds (PayPal bank feeds and connect with PayPal), the description will automatically flow and will be recorded in the column for Memo in the bank register.

If you need further assistance with the importing process, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. A specialist will be able to further help you via secured remote access session.

Here’s how to contact us:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Under How can we help?, type in your “Importing PayPal Transactions”.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click Get our phone number to contact us.

Don't hesitate to click the Reply button if you have other questions about managing your PayPal transactions. I'm always here to lend a hand.

For each of my 5000 customer transactions. I will need to copy the Imported PayPal Description Field and then Create a New Customer (Name) bare minimum.  And then do this every time a new customer also orders from my website... On top of that PayPal Refunded transactions only have the PayPal Fee portion import in. The remainder of the transaction refund balance is left out in the ether.   Looks like I'm going back to Excel.
