Hi Di-Anna, there's no need to create a manual transaction for each item because you can update your imported transactions to expenses in bulk.
To do this, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Transactions.
- Adjust the date range to locate your imported transactions.
- Tick the checkbox next to the DATE column to select all items.
- Click the Mark as business (bag icon).

- Select the appropriate category and click Apply.
Once done, the selected list's category will change to your preferred category.
