Is there a way to manually change the transaction from income to expense when the Apple card .csv files are imported?

I have already categorized all of them but I can't find a way to change from income to expense. Do I have to create a manual transaction for each one? There are hundreds of them.

Hi Di-Anna, there's no need to create a manual transaction for each item because you can update your imported transactions to expenses in bulk.

To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Adjust the date range to locate your imported transactions.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to the DATE column to select all items.
  4. Click the Mark as business (bag icon).
  5. Select the appropriate category and click Apply.

Once done, the selected list's category will change to your preferred category.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with managing your transactions.
