Hello @drashish, thank you for reaching out! We understand the importance of having a clear picture of your business finances, especially when managing multiple entities. Let’s discuss effective ways to combine your financial reports for a comprehensive view of your business.

As each company operates independently in terms of reporting and financial data management. QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not natively support simultaneously viewing or merging reports from two separate entities in a way that allows you to see a unified Profit and Loss statement directly within the app.

While direct consolidation of reports from two separate companies isn’t possible, I recommend generating separate Profit and Loss for each company using your browser. You can then export these reports and manually consolidate the figures into a single report in Excel or Google Sheets.

  1. Open the Profit and Loss report.
  2. Set the necessary filters.
  3. Click the Export button in the upper right-hand.

  4. Choose Export to Excel.

Additionally, would you like to have your memorized reports emailed regularly? If so, please check out this article for all details: Set up your report for email schedule.

On another note, consider upgrading to QuickBooks Advanced. This version offers the Custom Report Builder, allowing you to combine reports from multiple companies.

Have you been able to generate and manually combine your Profit and Loss statements? If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out in the comments. I’m always here to help you out! Take care.
