Hi,
I'm new to Quickbooks and as I have to bill in French language, I'd like to translate these fields in my invoice template:
BILL TO
SUBTOTAL
TOTAL TAX
BALANCE DUE
I've found how to customize other fields but not these one.
I also have another question: I have to generate 2 "invoices" for my clients: one detailled with the description of each tasks and one generic one, with only one line which says "please refer to the detail in attached for more informations".
What would be the most efficient way to deal with this? I currently generate my first invoice which is the "detailled" version, then duplicate it, create a new invoice with the same total and one line only. Is there any other method for this ? Can someone help ?
