Join nowAm I missing something? Or isn't there a spot on the Invoices in QBO to put the PO number that our customer sent us when they placed an order? Just starting with QBO and in Desktop there was a spot on the invoice to add their PO# for their reference.
In my QBO Plus, there is a box that says P.O. Number next to the Billing address box. It's right below Terms, or just above Product/ Service.

If you're using a Plus, Essentials, or Advanced subscription, you can create custom fields for your invoices. This will enable you to include purchase order numbers on them.

That is very disappointing since I'm using Simple Start. That is just a very basic thing that should be available to any invoice. The more I get into QBO the more I find that I don't like.
Intuit has a corner has a track record for abusing, milking and taking advantage of their customers regularly like this.
