Issues with invoice details displayed on emailed invoices.

My customers are getting an email from me without the invoice being attached. I'm still using QB2010 but it has been working fine until recently. gotta get this fixed so I can get paid. ;)

Let's get this working so you can send those invoices to your customers.

 

Try to reset-up your email account. It's possible your email provider updated their security settings.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Apple mail.
  2. Go to Preferences.
  3. Choose General.
  4. Confirm your email is the default email reader.

What OS version? QuickBooks Mac uses AppleScript to tell Apple Mail how to create the email. If you've recently updated your OS then it may be a bug in Apple Mail.  You may need to upgrade to QuickBooks Mac 2019 to get it fixed - assuming the OS you are on supports QB Mac 2019.  Otherwise you have to manually check that the emails are correct and attach the PDF yourself if they aren't.
