It wont let me print paystubs. I just get the green circle of death

There are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), to act weirdly. This can be the reason why you're unable to print your employee's pay stubs successfully.

Let's consider logging into your QBO account using a private or incognito browser so we can isolate this issue. To do so:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser app instead.

I tried clearing the cache and it doesn’t work. Not sure why printing a paystub would be difficult. This online version of QuickBooks is horrible. I’m considering trying a different program that I can have ON my computer. Sheesh

Still doesn’t work. Seems like printing a paystub would be a very easy thing to do. I can see the paystub but can’t print it for some reason. The online version of QuickBooks is horrible. I would never recommend anyone use this program. I was very happy with the desktop version but I can see how they want everyone to be online as it costs much much more, for me about 12 times as much.  So QuickBooks makes more money of they make people switch over. Can’t even print a paystub, sheesh

I can’t imagine when I need to print a w-2 or any other important paper work.
