It's great to see you back in the Community. It's my priority that you're able to print your checks successfully today. You can execute some of our basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve the alignment of the checks. Here they are: 

 

Solution 1: Delete cookies and temporary internet files

 

Using a private browser or incognito window can assist with removing errors or glitches that may be occurring within your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how depending on your browser: 

 

  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N

 

If this works, then go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history

 

Solution 2: Recently installed updates or programs

 

Sometimes updates can cause your browser's default settings to reset, which can result in a pop-up blocker that was turned off but now is back on. Go back to your browser's settings and double-check that it looks the same as before. 

 

Solution 3: Set up Adobe Reader

 

  1. Download the latest version of the Adobe Reader. This will help control printing checks in QuickBooks. 
  2. After downloading and installing the Adobe Reader, set it as the default PDF viewer for your browser.
