I'd be happy to help you make your client list show, @r_pearce.

There are times that the data will become outdated over time and can cause this odd behavior to any program accessed through the affected browser. Let us perform the browser troubleshooting method to check if this is a data-related issue.

First, log in using an incognito browser and check if you can see the list of your clients or customers. If you're able to see it, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. An alternative way is to use another supported browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: + Option +
  • Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

I've added this article you may use in the future in case you want to personalize your sales forms to make it more attractive to your customers: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to comment below if you have other questions or concerns. I'd be happy to help. Take care.
