Good afternoon. We currently have user installed base of 10 client seats of versions ranging from Desktop Pro 2015 to 2019, each servicing up to 20 different company books. All company file are hosted on a Windows Server 2016 with the Database Server component (stand-alone app is NOT installed).
We know that with Quickbooks Online we would have to pay for discreet licenses for EACH company we need to maintain; this seems not economical at all for our use model. Is there a licensing model that (such as Enterprise?) that would all us to pay a year subscription rate, get this monolithic app (or online hosting) that would allow up to -x- discreet users, but we could create as many separate companies that we need to? Essentially we're looking to unify all of our Desktop Pro licenses into a single model that DOESN'T requiring spending a crap-ton of money for what we can do now with Desktop Pro. Looking for an answer here, since calling into the Intuit system is a futile act.
Thanks.

We offer QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus which is an annual subscription that renews every year to maintain access to your software. The Plus subscription includes QuickBooks Pro, 24/7 support, automatic data backup & recovery, and access to the latest features, security patches, and updates.
It also allows access for up to 3 users and offers cloud-based access. This stored your data in the cloud making access easy and convenient on your company file from anywhere, any time on any device.

That should point you out in the right direction. I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away.
As you have known, we may create multiple company files with a single one time license. The questions are:
1. How many maximum users do you need to access one company file at the same time?
2. Do you need to store your company files on premise and access them in LAN environment?
3. Do you need to combine LAN users and mobile users access the same file at the same time?
So no, Quickbooks doesn't have an offering that I was asking about? I'm well aware of the Desktop 1-3 user licenses, but not the question about Enterprise version, number of users (seats) and number of companies.
Thanks.
Steve
