Buy nowHello, I am looking for a list of all available fields within Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise. For example, under "Customers & Jobs"->"Customer Information" there are fields for "Company Name", "Full Name", "Terms", "Bill To", "Phone Number", "Email"... Does a list exist which contains all the field types available within Quickbooks Desktop?
Probably not.
What do you mean by "available"? Available from where/for what?
Thanks for the reply. My organization will begin using Salesforce in a few months and I need to map out the data fields within QB to match with the fields in Salesforce. The only solution I found to find what fields exist within QB is to go through all the tabs and manually write down every field. I would like to find a document that lists out all the fields that QB supports to avoid going through the entire program manually.
Hello there, @Nik_R.
Right now, a document that lists out all the fields that QuickBooks support is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). We recognize your unique needs as this would benefit and empower your business. With that said, I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates.
To send feedback, here's how:
Our developers periodically update and release new features. They might change how this works in the future. To be updated with our latest news and updates, including product improvements, I encourage you to visit the What's New section on your QuickBooks Desktop account or open this link to view our product update blogs.

Oh, I see. Well, all the fields in QuickBooks is quite different than all the fields you can integrate from outside of QuickBooks (which is less). If you're planning to write your own integration, I think the QB SDK is what you'll want to review, as it shows has this information.
